 Good air tight seal, glass is better than plastic, lids are BPA free! August 25, 2010

I found this set at my local warehouse store for only $28.
I like how these seal air tight and that they are glass instead of plastic which is something that I was looking for. The lids are plastic but they are 100% BPA free and don't really come into contact with your food. The lids also come with a lifetime guarantee according to the manufacture website, should one ever break, they will send you another one.
These containers look great stacked either in your cupboard or even out on your counter.
I really wish they made a tall one for storage of spaghetti pasta.
Highly recommend these!

As of this writing-- Aug 24, 2010 -- you can get these exact same containers for $28. Walk out of there with these in hand along with Costco's awesome warranty. Just FYI.

Love this the option of glass food storage rather then cheap plastic containers. I found mine at Costco for $30, and another set similar (came with small round& nesting). Also check out asian grocery, they often have individual pieces for sale. The only cons for me is that the lids can be a little tough to work at first since there new, second must wait for food to cool before storing in fridge or freezer( this is for all glassware).
NO worries about China products here. Please note that Snapware is company in Korea with a US division. Another product of Korea is Lock & Lock there plastic stuff great, but I prefer glass containers.

These glasslock glass storage containers are worth the price. They are easy to clean, don't hold a smell, and you could but any type of liquid in it and it wouldn't leak. Great buy.

I bought 2 of these sets and really liked them intially until the edges started chipping off. One day a glass peice got into the food and actually cut my mom's tongue. Her tongue bleeded for almost 1 hour but i managed to carefully removed the glass peice from her tongue to realize that it was actually from these container. Then i noticed that most of them had broken edges. I don't recommend buying these as it can be dangerous if the broken peice gets into the food.
